Digital Products Policy
Due to the digital nature of our printable planner inserts, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.
Faulty Files
We will issue a refund or replacement only in the following cases:
- The digital file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- The file is missing from your download
- You received the wrong file
In these cases, please contact our customer support within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
No Refunds For
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect size or style selections (please check specifications before purchasing)
- Printer-related issues or printing difficulties
- Color variations between your screen and printed results
Before You Purchase
To ensure satisfaction with your purchase, we recommend:
- Checking the size and specifications of the planner inserts
- Reviewing your printer capabilities
- Downloading our free sample inserts to test compatibility
Technical Support
While we cannot provide refunds for printing issues, we are happy to offer technical support and printing guidance. Be sure to check out our YouTube channel for videos related to your issues. Most likely, we have it up. :)
